Finding the right school for a child is a significant step that can affect the entire life of the child as well as parents. It is therefore crucial to understand the school philosophy and guidelines. BHIS’s parent-student orientation program assists you in understanding the processes and guidelines.
Offline Process
- Visit the school, fill up the enquiry form, and collect the admission form.
- On successful submission of the admission form a date of interaction/CLT (Competency Level Test) will be given. If there are free slots, the child may appear for interaction/CLT on the same day, else an appointment will be scheduled for a future date.
- On qualifying the interaction/CLT, a notification will be sent from school via SMS and e-mail within two working days.
Online Process
- Fill up the enquiry form and schedule an appointment.
- Visit the school, meet the counsellor and collect the admission form
- On receiving the admission form a URL via SMS and email will be sent. The application may be submitted online, or handed over to the admission counselor on campus within two working days.
- Fill in relevant details and attach/click passport size photographs before submitting the form.
- On successful submission of the form a date of interaction/CLT (Competency Level Test) will be sent via SMS and e-mail within one working day.
- All relevant documents mentioned hereunder need to be carried to school for the interaction/CLT.
- The admission officer will conduct the interaction/CLT on the scheduled date.
On qualifying the interaction/CLT, a notification will be sent from school via sms and e-mail within two working days.
Documents to be submitted
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate self-attested by parents
- 4 recent passport size photographs of the child (2.5 cm x 3.5 cm)
- Aadhaar Card of the child, self-attested
- One recent passport size photograph of each parent (2.5 cm x 3.5 cm)
- Certified true copy of school report of last three years (if applicable), self-attested by parents
- Original TC from the previous school (wherever required)
- Copy of Passport & Visa for foreign/NRI students
- Samagra ID (SSSMID) of the child
Please note:
- Admission to Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, and Senior Kindergarten will be granted on the basis of the child’s age and the year(s) of prior schooling. In addition to this, we will have an oral interaction with the child.
- Applicants seeking admission to Grades 1 to 12 will be required to appear for a Competency Level Test (CLT). The sole purpose of CLT will be to rightly assess the grade for which the child is eligible rather than to grant/refuse admission.
- Admission will be offered only on a first-come, first-served basis. If no seats are available at the time the application is received, the applicant will be placed on waitlist. Parents/Guardians will be notified as soon as a seat is available.
- Both parents have to be present at the time of submission of the application for admission.
